the black side of rio the janeiro

 Evrybody said that Rio de Janeiro is the paradise, but is it true?Last summer i realise that it isn't.
 when i went to Rio, i saw poor buldings, so i started to investigate about it. I look into books and i started to ask people so i learned that. Six millions of people of people in Brazil live in Fabellas, in bad conditions. they made their houses with what they found. In 1988 a strong storm caused over 200 deaths. The goverment told people to evacuate,but people had nowehere to go,so they returned.
 In some cases the authorities bulit new home to replace those they had cleared,but these were a little better than the original shacks.The local authority now accepts the existence of Favelas and is working with residents associations to improve conditions there.
   Many residents and visitors see crime as one of Rio's problems.
  So because all of this Rio isn't a paradise.In my point of view people shouldn't be near Favelas,but if you are near TAKE CARE!!!!!
